To access h5loby's Services, you must complete the online registration process available on the platform. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid username, email address, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration. h5loby reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion.

Before processing any withdrawal, h5loby may require you to complete a KYC verification procedure. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. h5loby will process KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by h5loby may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate any other person, or incorporate any trademark or brand name that you do not have the right to use. h5loby reserves the right to require a change of username at any time without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. h5loby will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h5loby's customer support team immediately. h5loby will investigate all reports of unauthorised access but cannot be held liable for losses suffered as a result of failure to protect your login credentials.
h5loby strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. When 2FA is active, a secondary verification code is required at each login, providing a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
h5loby supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). h5loby does not charge currency conversion fees on any supported payment method.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the h5loby cashier page and may vary by payment method. h5loby reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided to Members.
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your h5loby Balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours under WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). h5loby is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by h5loby's finance team. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within 1 to 3 hours during WIB banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional KYC verification is required. h5loby reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
h5loby operates an anti-money-laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Where this is not possible, h5loby's support team will assist in identifying a suitable alternative on a case-by-case basis.
You must only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. h5loby will reject deposits originating from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposits received from third-party sources may be voided and returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
h5loby offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and sportsbook free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Funds will be removed from a Member's account upon expiry without compensation.
h5loby periodically runs time-limited promotional offers aligned with significant dates in the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other notable events. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are offered at h5loby's sole discretion.
h5loby reserves the right to decline or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a game has malfunctioned, or where h5loby has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive activity.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the sportsbook rules published on the h5loby platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific sportsbook rules, the specific sportsbook rules shall prevail. h5loby's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1 domestic football, international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, as well as AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifying and tournament matches involving Timnas Indonesia.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per calendar day may apply across the sportsbook and casino. These limits are specified on the relevant game or market page and may be amended by h5loby at any time. Where a winning bet or jackpot triggers a payout above the applicable maximum, h5loby will pay out to the maximum limit and the excess will be voided.

Any Member who feels that gambling is adversely affecting their life may request a voluntary self-exclusion period through h5loby's customer support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be deactivated and no new accounts may be opened.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via their account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, incorrect bonus amounts, or miscalculated payouts — h5loby reserves the right to correct the error, void affected bets or transactions, and return stakes to Members' accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5loby's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. h5loby is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or opportunity, howsoever caused.
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using h5loby, you acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities entirely at your own risk and that losses form a normal and expected part of gambling activity. h5loby does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any bet or wager.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to h5loby's licensed jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through h5loby's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of h5loby's operating jurisdiction.
